Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at St Edmund’s School as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of our pupils, working closely with teaching staff and our SEN department to help every child reach their full potential.

Applicants should have previous experience working within a primary school setting, with a good understanding of how to support children with a range of learning needs. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a patient, caring and flexible approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of pupil support.

Candidates must be ELSA trained.

Please note this is a full-time position working from 08.30am - 4.30pm five days a week.
